Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
